RULES & INFO
* Entry form and fee must be returned prior to Monday, September 16, 2024 – REGISTRATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED – APPLICATIONS ARE STILL OPEN.
* The use of home-canned products and uninspected meat is prohibited.
* Chefs must follow practices recommended by temporary restaurant guidelines of the Wis. State Division of Health.
* Ingredients that need to be kept cool must be kept in coolers until used.
* No precooking, all ingredients must be cooked on site.
* All cooking equipment must be furnished by the team.
* No electricity will be furnished. Generators NOT allowed.
* All contestants are to cook at least 5 GALLONS OF CHILI – this will be enforced.
* Chefs must be ready to serve chili samples to the public & provide samples for judging by 11am. Judges samples may not include any added toppings, but you may bring them for the general public to enjoy.
* Plastic sample spoons and sample cups will be provided.
* Costumes, signs, and displays are encouraged and enjoyed by all ($250 – 1st prize).
* Feel free to bring promotional materials for your business!
