The Art of Vibrant Abundance: Manifesting in 9 Dimensions
This workshop will begin with a hike to orient ourselves with the natural world and the grounds at ALNC. We will then break off for some quiet reflection, where participants will be asked to find a sit spot and notice, journal, and meditate for 30 minutes or so.
We will close with some group time, sharing about our experience and ourselves around a campfire and enjoying some tea, steeped with herbs foraged on the grounds.
Participants should dress for the weather, bring a blanket or cushion to sit upon, as well as a journal and something to write with. We will have paper and writing utensils for those who need them.

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as ‘yogic sleep,’ is a deeply relaxing and restorative meditation practice that induces a state of conscious relaxation. Unlike traditional sleep, where the mind and body are unaware, Yoga Nidra allows the practitioner to remain in a state of heightened awareness while experiencing profound relaxation. Students will lie down on the floor during the practice and are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, or anything that is helpful to them while lying down for an extended period of time. Students will journal about this experience after the yoga nidra practice. Journals are provided. Some yoga mats will be available.

This workshop will begin with a hike to orient ourselves with the natural world and the grounds at ALNC. We will then break off for some quiet reflection, where participants will be asked to find a sit spot and notice, journal, and meditate for 30 minutes or so.
We will close with some group time, sharing about our experience and ourselves around a campfire and enjoying some tea, steeped with herbs foraged on the grounds.
Participants should dress for the weather, bring a blanket or cushion to sit upon, as well as a journal and something to write with. We will have paper and writing utensils for those who need them.

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as ‘yogic sleep,’ is a deeply relaxing and restorative meditation practice that induces a state of conscious relaxation. Unlike traditional sleep, where the mind and body are unaware, Yoga Nidra allows the practitioner to remain in a state of heightened awareness while experiencing profound relaxation.
Students will lie down on the floor during the practice and are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, or anything that is helpful to them while lying down for an extended period of time. Students will journal about this experience after the yoga nidra practice. Journals are provided. Some yoga mats will be available.
